Ministers

Paul commanded the young evangelist Timothy to "Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching" (II Timothy 4:2). He also told the church at Ephesus that when one speaks the truth he must do so "in love" (Ephesians 4:15). It is our desire that the Preaching at Northwest always be directly from God's word and that the message presented from God's word always be presented with love. Those listed below are our ministers and they do the bulk of the preaching here at Northwest.

  • Troy Rogers - Preaching Minister

Troy grew up in Dibble, OK before attending East Central University in Ada, OK. He met his wife Meagan while attending there. They have two children, Jacy and Jagger. Troy has been serving the Northwest congregation since 2012. He moved here to become our Youth & Family Minister. After serving in that capacity for 7 years, he has transitioned into the preaching role. He handles the majority of the preaching at NW. He has been a guest speaker for many youth rallies, Gospel meetings, workshops, and church camps. He directs a week-long session of camp for teens at camp Lu-Jo each summer, along with a fall retreat that is also out of camp Lu-Jo.
